Is this legal?

Absolutely! Much like karaoke, there is no charge to the players and no requirements to be able to play. ACES complies with all rules and regulations of A.R.S. § 13-3301(9) and will NEVER put your business at risk. All players MUST BE 21 years of age or older to play.

But isn't betting illegal?

There is no cash in play at our tables. Our games are run tournament style, again, at no risk to players involved. The only cash involved is what is awarded to nightly winners. Again, we comply with ALL rules and regulations set forth by the great state of Arizona and will never put your business or our players at risk.

How much does it cost players to play?

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. In keeping the game fair, FUN, and best of all legal, there is no charge to any player. Our games are open to the public (21+ years of age) and all skill levels.

How does ACES make their money?

We are like any other entertainment business...think Karaoke or Trivia Night. We offer our services and equipment to you at one price per game. Prize monies and any additional funding is provided by us. Contact us to discuss pricing.

What do I need to do? What's my part?

NOTHING! That's the best part! Once we come to an agreement on which night works best, ACES Poker club takes care of the rest. You will need to provide adequate space along with tables and chairs, but these are items that are typically already on the premises. We bring the materials, setup, run the games, and cleanup afterwards.

How long will you be at my establishment each game?

Our games are designed to last about 3 hours. Our early bird promotion encourages people to show up at least 30 mins early. Along with setup and teardown, we are usually on premises for about 4 hours. That is about the amount of time we will need the space allocated to the game.

Do I, as the resurant/bar owner need to be there?

Nope! As we mentioned above, we treat your establishment like we would want ours treated. We will stay in constant contact in the event something is needed. Of course, you are always allowed to come check out the game and even play if you'd like!

How will MY game be advertised?

ACES Poker Club has a pretty great following with some pretty awesome regulars. On top of providing you physical materials to be placed within your establishment, ACES will advertise your game on our social media websites as well as on our regular site (acespoker.org). Additional advertising can always come from your social media as well by either adding the game to your "What's Happening" pages or by sharing our posts!
